Shut Up es una una canción de la banda de hip-hop The Black Eyed Peas. El tema se encuentra en su tercer álbum de estudio , Elephunk. La canción trata sobre un engaño amoroso. En casi toda la canción se puede escuchar decir : Shut up! ,just shut up( cállate, solo cállate) . El tema no fue lanzado como single en Estados Unidos debido al éxito que tuvo su primer single Where is the Love?. Sin embargo esto supuso un aumento masivo en el número de descargas de la canción.Curiosidades

• Will.i.am necesitó a una buena cantante femenina para la canción, entonces él conoció a Fergie y la propuso para el trabajo. Ella echó una mano en la mayor parte de las canciones en "Elephunk" y poco después se convirtió en el cuarto miembro de Black Eyed Peas.
• Mientras Will, apl.de.ap, y Taboo grababan la canción, las llamadas telefónicas de sus novias interrumpían constantemente la sesión.
• Kimberly Wyatt y Carmit Bachar, miembros de Pussycat Dolls aparecían en el video como bailarinas.
• La canción fue usada como una parodia para el representante filipino de manganao.
• Durante un episodio de Being Bobby Brown en Bravo TV Whitney Houston cantó la canción Shut Up.
• El grupo de nacionalista blanco aprobó la canción como su himno oficial.
• La canción aparece en la versión europea de Playstation 2 en el juego SingStar Pop y será lanzada en SingStar Dance para PS3.
